Digital citizenship: sharing our goodies
My own material
I obviously wish to add my share to the spirit of mutual help in learning JavaScript. Therefore, all work on this site is licensed under a Creative Commons License.
You don't need my permission and you are free:
- to Share — to copy, distribute and transmit my work
- to Remix — to reuse or adapt and build upon my work, for free
Under the following conditions:
- Attribution. You must leave intact my credit lines inside the source codes, and refrain from claiming the scripts as your own.
- Noncommercial. You may not use my work for commercial purposes
If you are interested in a commercial use, please contact me.
Third party material
I wish to say a big thank you to so many virtual and graphic artists that give their wonderful works away for nonprofit use, thus enriching the web-art experience in the www.
I do not create any pictures. I have made every effort to make it sure not to use material whose authors would clearly state their works off any use even nonprofit, for the rest I stick to the Fair Use rule, which exclude the right to any damages under the situation, just as I expect anyone will when using my scripts.
This said, if you find in this site any material subject to your property rights and if you wish me to withdraw them, please let me know, as I'm willing to comply.
If you steal from one author it's plagiarism; if you steal from many it's research.
